DOGS
Want to see dogs we have known and loved? Then
follow the link
imbedded in Cinnamon and Spike's photo for an
assortment of pictures that should make you smile.
WILD (and not so wild) Life
Jane's passion is critters. All kinds of
critters. Even reptiles and such. And of course
all domestic ones, even when they wear shoes
like Henry T. Duck to the left. Raccoons seem to
have been a particular favorite in St. Louis,
with whole families appearing for snacks under
the birdfeeders frequently. For more views click
on either of these photos.
RABBITS
Rabbits are not all the same. North American
cottontails (the outside ones eating your
garden) are very different from domestic
bunnies. The domestics descended European stock
and are pets like most images of
the Easter bunny. Jane's rescue work is primarily
with the domestic kind (she's been an educator
and foster home with the House Rabbit Society).
Spice, to the left, has a vicious sweet tooth.
Click on him to see some their past bunnies. One
even bossed the dogs!
